The Best Bang for Your Buck
The four apartments at The Riverview are our most economical vacation rentals. The Riverview is a quadplex that consists of three one bedroom apartments and a studio. Riverview Cottage is a separate two bedroom house located next door. Originally built in 1937, these two buildings were fully remodeled in 2020 and 2021, but they still have plenty of their original charm.
Conveniently located just three blocks north of the east end of Downtown Melbourne, there are numerous restaurants, breweries, bars, and shops within walking distance. We are located less than 3 miles from the Melbourne Airport and only 2.5 miles from the beach. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
If you are looking for an affordable short-term stay in a great, central location, you’ve found the right place.

We pride ourselves in offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. All of our apartments include comfortable queen beds, high-speed WiFi, and streaming live TV. Kitchens are stocked with the essentials, in addition to Nespresso machines and complimentary coffee. Comfortable linens, towels, hair dryers, and a variety of toiletries are all provided.
The property also has a laundry room, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor picnic table you are welcome to use. Everything we think you might need for an enjoyable visit is provided, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you think we are missing something that would improve your stay.
